Folks, Our top priority remains to be working on QC blocking issues (which need to land by the Jan 25th build per plan). As folks become free and available, they will be directed by their managers to work on our next priorities which should be: TEF+ then Performance.
Our automated performance tests will run as early as Monday. For the time being, we're conducting a set of manual performance tests to serve as reference points and validation of our automated tests. A daily triage of performance-issues will be conducted (lead by David Scravaglieri). Any performance problems surfacing will be worked by individual engineers in their respective areas. Our partners are equally helping out with applications developed by them. Our performance improvements will be vetted out and tested by our QA and opportunistically merged by our certification partner into their respective branch (1.0.0) making sure they do not risk the stability of that branch.
