I agree it could be made clearer, that said I did pick up on this tidbit before 
I started, as well as John poking me to be sure I recognized it.

The idea of pushing the build-prior to the one QA tested is so that we know the 
previous builds update works already, so we don't have users stranded because 
of that. and to keep us from having to do emergency/problematic and confusing 
rollbacks here.

However, if you truely need releng to rollback, I can try to figure out how to 
do so (I don't see docs written for it)
