First, did you try to remove the battery ? Then you can always flash the device using fastboot. To enable the fastboot mode on Unagi, you can use the following steps : - turn it off completely - keep pressing the "volume up" button - press the "power" button until the phone vibrates (you need to still press the "volume up" button) To get into recovery mode, that's the same steps except you have to press "volume down" instead of "volume up". I don't know what you can do with that though ;) Maybe we could have the recovery mode enable adb so that we could still have a look on the device in these situations.
