Due to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=841605, I was asked
to perform some additional testing so we can confirm people are getting
update to the correct build. The results of the testing I performed are
here: https://etherpad.mozilla.org/2-14-Build-Promotion-Testing.
Based on this testing the 2/14 build referenced in that etherpad can be
promoted - but be aware that users will likely hit
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=841041, which is not a good
user experience at all.
We are still working on today's smoketest results and the results of
that testing will be sent in an email a bit later.
