able to reproduce it using today's build, so I added qawanted to get
some more eyes on it - perhaps we can figure out why this is happening
intermittently.

Thanks Marcia.
I noticed those two bugs that are known smoke-test failures are not
blocking - in fact, not even nominated to block.
Should they be?
