Hi Lucas,

Vivien gave me especially this specific task for this week: make sure we
have most of perf-related things uplifted, at least in v1-train.

Please note that this is not always so easy because of conflicts. Merely
asking for tracking? or tef? is often not sufficient, and sometimes we
may even need to completely redo the patch. Please don't assume uplifts
are just a cherry-pick and commit. Even if some are like that, we have
more conflicts every week, and this takes a lot of time to both us
developers and our uplifter John Ford.
