Hi, In triage this morning I noticed bug 849929 had been approved for landing to gaia without having a proper risk assessment in the nomination form. Now that we're past feature complete for v1.1 it's important going forward to fill out this form when you nominate your tracking-b2g18 bugs for uplift approval so that triage can have the necessary information for making the call.
