[b2g] 03/18/2013 Build Sanity Test Result - 10/10 tests passed, 0 blocker, 0 partial fails, 0 untested [BUILD NOT OK FOR DOGFOODERS]

Hi Everyone,

Due to a shift in priorities and emphasis on our commercial release, as 
mentioned before, we'll be shifting daily to a short build sanity check for 
promotion to dogfooders.   We do not yet have a build suitable for dogfooding.

10 out of 10 tests passed for the 3/18/2013 Build Sanity Check. Here are the 
major issues that prevented the sanity check tests from passing:
