I think you want "view".

The docs say:

type: "url"
url: {
  required: true,
  regexp: /^https?:.{1,16384}$/
}

Which means something lihe this:

new MozActivity({ 
    "name":"view",
    "data":
      {
        "type":"url",
        "url":"http://mozilla.org";
      }
});
