Hi Sam. I didn't see the error in question in the log you provided, so I'm not sure what went wrong. Note that, as described in https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox_OS/Pandaboard, you need to have the nspr headers available to build negatus (where your error occurred), which I believe is not automatically installed in the configuring process.
Thomas is right; it's not needed for normal usage of b2g. But if you'd like to help me track it down (and have the time & CPU cycles), you could clobber your build and do a fresh one (even better, with -j1), and if you get the same error, put the log up again.
