Bug 864517 was filed by myself with a proposal to eliminate redundant
tests on the birch branch in order to speed up test turnaround and
reduce the overhead of running a separate branch for B2G landings.
Please read the bug over and add any feedback or comments/concerns you
may have over the proposal. Otherwise, I'm sure the RelEng team would
love to free up those test slaves!
