Hey Noor! One thing that I learnt a couple of days ago, and seems to work for most of the problem:
1) power off your phone (maybe by taking out the battery) 2) press volume up button first and then power button. keep on pressing both untill you boot to a recovery mode (orange screen greets you). 3) move up and down with volume up/down keys & select with power button 4) select the third option (wipe data/factory reset). it worked fine for me and avinash facing the same problem.
