Hi team - I'm going to the pre-summit summit-planning unsummit thing late next week, and I'd like to take some of the b2g team's feedback with me as we go to organize the 2013 for-real-Summit and determine what we're looking to get out of it.
The questions are pretty straightfoward: - What, today, are the biggest challenges facing Mozilla, and the biggest opportunities? What new challenges do the big opportunities present? - Run the clock forward five years. What does Mozilla look like in 2018? What's our role in the world, what are our new goals, and how far along are we towards achieving those goals? - How can we position ourselves now, for what we believe will be he challenges of that period? What are the most important things we can do in the next year, that will position us to be successful for the next 10? Please send me your feedback about this; I'd like to bring our ambitions and concerns to the planning meeting.
