Yes, the plan on Gecko part was to uplift
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=845182 and friends to
b2g18-v1.1hd.

There is one little technical challenge on this plan though, see "Bug
870331 need some attention to for uplifting to b2g18-1.1hd" on
dev-b2g.
