I've tried to change the URL.
But it seems it must be set without any prefix because "https://"; is add to the 
URL before the request call.

I believe that the 440 is a time out issue.  When you were setting up the 
account, did you place in the http:// with the url?  or did you only place in 
the url?

ie: https://www.testexchange.com versus www.testexchange.com
