Hi all,

I am about to launch screens [1], think dashboards with TV panels,
with Gecko, for a major open source event in Brazil. I am in this idea
since 2008 when I left my Mozilla job — I took Gecko (XULRunner while
never using XUL) made it start from boot and projected solutions to
spaces.

My customer, this major open source event, wanted to have Raspberry PI
and I took the cause.

When tested B2G prior works ( prior blog post I think from Romaxa ) it
generated a segmentation fault for my tests - a web app with CSS 3 and
so on.

So I am now using Iceweasel XULRunner infra-structure — it says
XULRunner 10, which I think is too old.

I wonder if Mozilla has a Gecko for ARM — Raspberry with Debian is my
case. Or if you know of someone or project that achieved good results.

Appreciate any help or if you direct me to a resource or someone that
can help this. I also have a talk that says ' other uses for B2G'
which reflects my goals to go outside the user facing priorities
Mozilla has (firefox OS). My goal is to fine people willing to hack in
different ways. I simply shoe B2G hacks in the desktop and will point
on the state of things as much as I can learn til next week.

Marcio
