I did it on tuesday!

Just flashed the stock ROM from here:

http://reviews.cnet.co.uk/mobile-apps/how-to-go-back-to-a-stock-android-rom-on-samsung-galaxy-s2-50007880/

For some reason, I couldn't flash the unzipped rom with heimdall, I had get a
Windows box to use Odin. Didn't investigate much on that, my phone was bricked
anyway.

Then I flashed Siyah, copied data.img to the internal sdcard, and then flashed
system.img. Everything worked like a charm.

A little thing: simg2img from B2G returned "cannot execute binary file", so I
had to get another build. ( http://ismaakit.com/rom/tools/simg2img ).
