Yes... but only if you own a certain website, you can literally make it an open web app by just adding an app manifest + icons and submit it to the Firefox Marketplace.


2. Does this mean every library supported by desktop browser will also be supported by FFOS? Like box2djs, HTML5 game engines etc

Somewhat yes.

3. How do I create widget apps

I'm not sure with this one, but as far as i know... Firefox OS doesn't have widgets like Android.
