The high DPI work is happening but is not complete. The complication is
that it creates yet another co-ordinate space. That is we have 1.5 or 2
physical pixels per logical pixel.

The peak is sold as a developer phone. The this issue will need to be
sorted before releasing high DPI consumer phones.
