It's possible that the battery has caused the device to heat more due to overheat. Just remove the battery and leave your device for a while to cool it off. Does the Keon have known heat issues?
I forgot to disconnect it from the charger, it has been on there for 3 days, and when I just picked it up it was super hot. I pointed an IR thermometer at it and at the hottest point it was 55C, which does not seem normal. Maybe a charging or sleep/idle issue?
