43 out of 47 tests passed for the 2013-07-26 Leo v1.1.0 Mozilla RIL
Build. There is a currently an issue with the Commercial RIL that is
under investigation, so today's run occurred with the Mozilla RIL.
Here are the major issues that prevented the smoketests from passing.
