We're requesting that component teams and anyone filing, triaging, or
participating in performance-related FxOS bugs tag them with a " perf "
keyword. We need you to do this so these bugs surface in our triage sessions as
FxOS performance issues span multiple components and have varied descriptions
which can make them difficult to find via queries.
