41 out of 47 tests passed for the 2013-08-14 Leo v1.1.0 Commercial RIL
Build. Here are the major issues that prevented the smoketests from
passing. Note that the regression that caused
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=905287 has already been
backed out. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=905289 was also
reported but that was invalidated due to the fact it was an issue on
Hotmail's side. The smoketest results have been updated to reflect that
fact.
