Select a country (venezuela, spain, colombia)  on first column, select 
SmartPhones on second column and select Open (Movistar) or another company.
Using this via you get Download option to get stock update.zip. Possibly you 
cannot use your SIM card if you selected a non-compatible carrier/country, then 
try with another country.

Another possible method is check the URL: http://firefox.ztems.com/
Download "Update package of Android GB for OPEN device". This package is used 
only if you phone had Android GB previously (yeah, apparently exist zte open 
with GB running) but probably this method can be used to get your phone live 
again.
