Then maybe you can try with a b2g-desktop build in [1] and follow the
instructions starting at [2].

Note that you can also develop your app using Firefox and the responsive
mode.

I don't know if we'll support getUserMedia in 1.2, I've heard that we'll
wait 1.3, but somebody here might know more :)
