I am not sure if the fix for 910265 will give you the drivers you need
for 1.1+
If it does, and you still have access to adb, I would suggest trying :
make reset-gaia
from the gaia directory.
I'm actually curious if that is the issue; I have a bug open in regards
to make install-gaia : https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=915484

Hi all!
Sorry for posting this here, but I don't know where else to turn.
I received a ZTE Open late last week, the one you could buy from eBay UK. It
had FF OS 1.0.1 on it, and it had a few OTA updates I installed, one of which
is a fix for bug 910265.
After that, I thought I could configure a B2G build for inari, build, and
flash, much like I had done previously with an Unagi device.
Well, to cut a long story short: It didn't work. Configuring and building did,
but flashing apparently did not. It sends user data, system, reboots, and when
it wants to set the time, it falls over.
The phone itself is stuck in a boot sequence, showing the fox and the Firefox
OS logo at the bottom.
I tried with build files from Friday, Monday, and today, and whatever it is
does not seem to be in code, but in the fact that I tried to flash it itself.
I now want to attempt to revert to a downloaded build. But the info I was
pointed to here: https://intranet.mozilla.org/QA/B2G_Tips_and_Tricks
and here: https://wiki.mozilla.org/B2G/QA/Tips_And_Tricks
does not help me. The info is too dense for me who does not work with this
information every day.
The phone does not seem to be totally bricked. It still responds to ADB
commands.
What I'd need from a helpful soul would be baby step instructions to get my
device back into a working condition. And I *mean* baby steps.
Anybody out there?
Thanks,
Marco
