Just to check - You need to use the 10.6 SDK from XCode 4.3; did you follow at 
the steps at

https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox_OS/Firefox_OS_build_prerequisites#Requirements_for_Mac_OS_X

Including the file system case sensitivity part?
