Update: Graphical regression is not present after the backout of
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=907463 - today's build
looks good in that regard.

We tested today's build which was respun this morning and included the
backout of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=924702. The
dialer issues that had been seen previously seem to have been
addressed by that backout.
There is still a very noticeable graphical regression in Settings/FTU
(https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=930575) - we have backed
out https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=907463 in an attempt
to see if that will remedy the issue. QA will review the build
tomorrow to see if the backout addressed the issue and update the bug
accordingly.
Thanks to callek and gwagner today for assisting with the backouts.
45 out of 46 tests passed for the 2013-10-25 Buri Master M-C Mozilla
RIL Build. There are no major issue preventing the smoketest
from passing.
