For what it is worth, I'm running 1.3.0.0-prerelease on my device, and
I'd say it requires about as many reboots per day as 1.0.0 did. My
usage is mostly limited to making phone calls, playing audio, and
browsing the web.

There were enough improvements in the OS that outweigh the
instability of a bleeding edge release to the point that I have no
desire to downgrade to a more "stable" release. I also have the peace
of mind that any bugs I submit will relevant to current development.
