Apologies for the late report - the 1.3 build did not come out until
fairly late in the day due to the tree being closed.
48 out of 48 tests passed for the 2013-11-14 Buri Master M-C Mozilla RIL
Build. There are no major issues preventing the smoketest from passing.
Note that there are some UI regressions that cropped up in this build
and can be seen in the New issues Not Breaking the Smoketest section at
the bottom.
