I dont think this is a hardware issue! Lets try this in keon: start the music player open the fm radio player the sound of music comes louder, while the radio wont load.
Propably there is a file which initiates the volume of headphone output. Min 0 max 15 actully 15 is not enough for listening music in big noise. So max should be 20 or so. I cant find this init file.
