Thanks for taking the time to reply, I've managed to get the app installed together with the build now. =) Turns out it was imperative that I delete the existing "B2G/gaia/profile/" and "B2G/gaia/profile.tar.gz" before compiling. Also, I copied the App source into "B2G/gaia/apps" since this dir is listed in all the "B2G/gaia/build/app-*.list" files, and voilà!
