I generally flash gaia and gecko separately, so I'm not sure if there's good
tricks for this. It looks like the script here would be pretty easy to modify
to support what's needed:

Subject: [b2g] Setting DOGFOOD when building B2G.

Hi there,

Is there any way to set up NTFU=1 DOGFOOD=0 PRODUCTION=1 and
REMOTE_DEBUGGER=1 when building and flashing B2G?

I know I could do it building and pushing Gaia after that, but Is there any
way to avoid this step and specify those options when building B2G?

Regards.
