Looking through the code, I found this: http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/widget/android/nsAppShell.cpp#318 but apparently widget/android/ only applies to Fennec, not B2G. And I also found this: http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/dom/ipc/ProcessPriorityManager.cpp#1019 but I don't understand how that code fits into the greater context of things. Thanks!
