Ok, so I did find someone having this problem, and the solution is to have sym 
links, as per here:

Basically the thing you need is to have two symlinks 'libGL.so' to your
i386/x86_64 'libGL.so.x.y.z'.

ummm but not to sure how to move forward. I'm a systems admin, who supports the 
Dev guys, and i'm now trying to learn Dev, so please excuse my ignorance! :D
