46 out of 48 tests passed for the 2014-01-10 Buri v1.3.0 MOZ RIL Build.
There are two issues that kept the smoketests from fully passing. The
fix in bug Bug 909877

to v1.3 and introduced blocker Bug 951375
<https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=951375> to the 1.3 branch.
