We created a meta bug for tracking bugs for internal RIL interface changes.

Note that internal RIL interface mentioned here is not limited to
explicit .idl files. Instead, this internal interface generally covers
the communication ways between RIL and other components. So, those being
tracked include: changes of RIL-related .idl, changes of properties of a
jsval exposed to .idl (which could not be explicitly told from the .idl
log), changes of nsIObserver topics being observed/notified by RIL,
changes of settings keys being set/got by RIL, changes of cpmm/ppmm
messages being sent to/from RIL, etc.
If you are interested in those changes, this meta bug should provide an
easier way to follow, just adding yourself into CC.
