I've had no idea I can uncheck them (UX micro fail? ;-)
Anyway, I'm on non-rooted Movistar Spain ZTE Open with latest with:
OS version = 1.1.0.0 / OPEN_FFOS_V1.10B01_TME
BuildID=20130926115300
and during update process I captured output using adb logcat
Updating one-by-one didn't helped either :-( , update of HERE maps ends
immediatelly without saying anything exceptional to log (IMHO) and update of
Marketplace ends after downloading approx. 150kB, with perhaps only this
message which is of some importance:

and those two below are rather related to failing system update than
application update process (IMHO)
