45 out of 48 tests passed for the 2014-02-06 Buri Master M-C Mozilla RIL
Build. There are three existing issues that kept the smoketests from
fully passing. The issue with the keyboard not showing up still existed
in this build so we used the workaround

complete smoke tests.
Bug 968957 <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=968957> was
filed to temporarily disable OOP - tomorrow's build should have that fix
and we should a build that doesn't have the keyboard issue to test.
