Hello, I got update for Mozilla this morning I guess it was for ff28 beta but not sure...
Since morning its not working... I googled n tried trouble shooting by myself... It loaded in safe mode with networking but I had to finish chores n second time it dint load so couldn't create new profile using profile manager... Upon clicking it starts but browser doesn't load... Only in task manager it shows that firefox.exe process is running... Now its not even loading even in safe mode with networking so don't know how to troubleshoot further??? Moreover its very general issue... Even on website there is general solution... So many people having this issue of ff not starting after update... Its not something high funda issue but me being novice don't know how to resolve n more over don't understand techie jargons mentioned in solutions... I m sorry if any of the recipients feels it is unsolicited email... I tried increasing scope of support to start using ff asap....
