Why you are editing the file? I don't think it is necessary. Just
./flash.sh or ./flash.sh -f (for Hamachi), for example should be enough.

Unlock is used in Nexus' devices. But it is only needed the first time
you are going to flash custom images.

What is the device you are trying to flash?
