When filing bugs in the Firefox OS product, the current fallback was the
"General" component for unsorted bugs. This component was initially
expected to be used only for code that lives under m-c/b2g but that's a
long lost fight, so I asked bugzilla admin to create a new dedicated
component.
Starting today we now have a new "Runtime" component to use for these
m-c/b2g bugs. So "General" is officially the "needs to be triaged"
component.
