Hi Worik, I'm the eng manager for WebRTC (which includes getUserMedia).
It's not obvious what's going on, but a couple of people are looking at
this in the bug . We'll post there when we know more.

In my manifest the app type is "web" (as minimum app type is hosted that
should be OK)
The permisions set to: "audio-capture": {}
I have all the code in the bug report.
