I have my doubts about that... 1st, Apple is suing Samsung even though Android is owned by Google, and they look like they're winning. 2nd, if Mozilla isn't too bothered whether OEM partners release their source code, I wouldn't be surprised if Mozilla leaves OEM partners to fend for themselves in lawsuits.
