Hi folks

During a session learning [1] about Gaia/Gonk — One of the quick and
dirty hack demos I made was to naively move browser.gaiamobile as
homescreen.gaiamobile, in the APC, and it sort of worked.

However I had a feeling I was going to break things - however to
understand it worked for loading a page.

I wonder if a more experienced B2G engineer can add a few words about
this case and possible implications — such as if any security controls
were naively ignored, and/or anything relevant. I am basically trying
to come up with some use cases to a talk on cool (and perhaps weird)
things to do with B2G project. BUt I do not want to mislead people
too, so checking a bit on your opinion and ideas.

Marcio

[1] I am at Brazi's major FOSS event, FISL, and I had the pleasure of
meeting two B2G enthusiasts here - we made a session yesterday. Each
person trying to get into hacking anything - sort of surfacing from
compiling to adb interops. My first good feel moment was kicking a
kill -9 to the b2g process and being able to see it coming back.
