Why is it that you feel you can make this statement 'there is very
limited value for anyone' without asking first? From my point of view,
your statement illustrates the disconnect of the Mozilla team from me,
working with the consequences of your collective decisions.
Your logic makes some sense from an engineering standpoint;
unfortunately, reality is not an engineering problem. So, no, there is
at least one person for whom version 1.2 is actually the most important
simulator version. Why that might be is left to you as an exercise, in
order to encourage you to try thinking about things from a different
perspective.
