I don't know of any way of running i2p on a stock B2G device due to it requiring Java. You could run i2pd [1], the C++ client, if you compiled it for ARM and had a rooted B2G device, similar to how I run tor [2]. I'm not sure how capable i2pd is compared to the Java client though.
