If you're updating across revisions with significant Gaia changes, you might need also do:

6) cd gaia
7) make reset-gaia

This will wipe all of your data stored in Gaia, but also clear out obsolete Gaia settings and prefs so that you'll boot into a "clean" gaia. In theory |./flash.sh| should be doing this already but for hamachi I think |./flash.sh| only flashes some subset of stuff, and you need |./flash.sh -f| to flash everything. At least last time I checked.

Hello,
I've tried to update my Hamachi for the first time (I've updated a Keon
many times before), however, the phone starts with a screen showing me
"Index of app://communications.gaiamobile.org" web page (I think).
The folders and files have dates from 1969 and 1980.

The instructions I followed were to:
1) clone B2G
2) ./config.sh hamachi
3) ./repo sync -d
4) ./build.sh
5) ./flash.sh

Is there anything I should have done differently?

Thanks,
Armen
