**NOTE: Because of the two bugs below every test case would fail giving
us 0/63 for today. However, we ran the test cases while ignoring the
repos of failure to launch, some cases would never launch an app and we
failed it to the appropriate bug. Also each of the repros caused a
reboot of the device.

41 out of 63 tests passed for the 2014-07-31 Flame 319MB v2.1 Build.
There are three new issues and six existing blockers that kept the
smoketests from fully passing.
