Thanks for responding. I spoke with Mike Taylor at #webcompat and It
took me a while to wrap my head around the UA agent problem. As you have
said it looks like it needs to be looked at site by site. No wonder it
takes so much time to fix these things.

Compatibility Activity.

When you meet a Web site with a specific user agent sniffing issue which is not
reproducible in let say an ipad or an Android tablet with Chrome, you may want
to fill an issue.
One bug per site please. You may want to use
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/form.mobile.compat
Be very specific about the User Agent you are using when reporting this bug.
